CPXV Heavy Duty – Vertical Sump Pump
Offering state-of-the-art hydraulics, CPXV Heavy Duty vertical sump pump is designed for applications where high performance, superior efficiency, and low NPSH are required. CPXV Heavy Duty sump pumps conform to ISO 5199 design criteria.
Heavy-Duty Casing with multi-ribbed discharge flange conforms to ISO 5199 design criteria.
High Efficiency, Open Impeller with back vanes and shroud provides axial balance to reduce maintenance and downtime cost by extending mechanical seal and bearing reliability. Low NPSHR design decreases operating cost and extends life.
Standard Column Length of 500 mm translates to a minimum sump depth of 0.7 m. Subsequent column lengths are available in 100 mm increments, up to the longest standard sump pump depth of 10 m.
Heavy-Duty Thrust Bearings with axial adjustment made at soleplate level.
Radial Bearings are available in a number of material options, including silicon carbide, offering compatibility across a spectrum of liquids. The bearings can be flushed by product or from an external source.
CE Marked and compliant with applicable European directives, such as ATEX.
