The CA5 and SA5 are ultra-high purity back pressure regulators designed for high-performance operation. These spring-operated, flow-to-open regulators feature an internal pressure balancing piston-cylinder, providing medium flow capacity and high-pressure drop capability. They are equipped with all SST wetted trim materials, an electro-polished finish, and tube end connections, making them suitable for ultra-high purity fluids in both gaseous and liquid services.

  • Body Sizes: 3/4” & 1” (DN20 & 25)
  • Wetted Materials: All SST trim materials
  • Finish: Electro-polished, with a standard 15 μ-in. Ra average surface finish (Optional 10 μ-in. Ra average surface finish available for Barstock body)
