Bearing Gard – Isolators
Bearing Gard isolators deliver dependable protection by isolating bearings from contamination, thereby enhancing their longevity and performance. These isolators create a robust barrier that prevents external contaminants from reaching the bearings, ensuring cleaner operation and extended bearing life. The technology includes an internal O-ring for static protection and a labyrinth seal for dynamic protection, which repels harsh environmental conditions. Bearing Gard isolators are designed to accommodate axial shaft movements and offer features that retain oil within the bearings, minimizing environmental impact. The non-contacting design prevents wear and heat generation, making it suitable for ATEX upgrades of older equipment.
