Inoxpa Double Seat Valve
The Inoxpa double seat valve is a pneumatic shut-off valve designed for hygienic applications. Part of the Innova range of seat valves, this valve features a leakage chamber positioned between two seats, which operates under atmospheric pressure. This design provides a safe interface between two liquids, typically one being a CIP (cleaning) solution. The leakage chamber allows for independent cleaning of the seats during the CIP process, ensuring hygienic maintenance. The valve’s design incorporates Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for optimal performance, resulting in low maintenance needs. The valve is easily removed for maintenance by unbolting a clamp.
