Edlon provides custom loose linings made from Teflon® PTFE, FEP, and PFA, available in thicknesses from 60 to 180 mils. These linings offer exceptional resistance to corrosion and permeation, even in harsh chemical environments with temperatures up to 400°F. They feature smooth interior surfaces that reduce material build-up and can be vacuum-formed to fit complex shapes, including dished vessel heads.

Technical Data
- Chemical Resistance: Inert to most chemicals, except molten alkali metals and certain halogens or halogenated compounds at elevated temperatures.
- Applications: Effective in caustics, acids, and organics.
- Field Repair: Linings are field-repairable; on-site repairs or training available.
