SIHI Pump AEH, AEH Mag Drive

(scroll down for mag drive variant)

The SIHI Pump AEH is a self-priming side channel pump capable of handling gas along with the medium. The AEH is a Side Channel pump as per DIN EN 734 and operates at a low noise level. The AEH pumps were specially developed for difficult applications in all industry sectors and are thus applied when pure, turbid or aggressive media have to be pumped under difficult conditions without any problems. The different material possibilities with uniform dimensions and performance characteristics as well as the standard exchangeable components, make the AEH particularly recommendable as a universal pump for all possible pumping problems. This results in a wide application range in many sectors such as the chemical industrypetrochemical industry, the pharmaceutical industryOEM, the oil industry and food industry.

Sihi AEH Mag Drive

The SIHI AEH Magnetic Drive Pump, 35 m³/h, 354 m, 180 °C

Horizontal, selfpriming side channel pumps, handling entrained gas, of segmental type construction with open vane wheel impellers. The sealing to atmosphere is effected glandless by isolation shroud; the drive power is transmitted contactless by a magnetic coupling. The use of stable permanent magnetic material ensures the transmisson of the nominal torque and given protection against overload.. On the basis of the compact close coupled design has been created a pumping unit that is easily to be installed. All IEC standard motors of the construction type IM B 35 are applicable. This design permits the operation of the pump without any additional coupling. Thus the alignment, a source of trouble, can be omitted. The simple construction of the pump allows the assembly or disassembly without special tools.
