Inoxpa Prolac HCP

The Inoxpa Prolac HCP is a range of close-coupled centrifugal pumps with hygienic design, compact and highly efficient. It is a robust and low maintenance Hygienic Centrifugal Pump.

It is ideally suited for hygienic applications in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Industries due to the gentle handling of the product and resistance to chemical agents. The Pump is EHEDG certified and is designed for CIP/SIP applications without any disassembly.

This Hygienic Centrifugal Pump has a compact construction (monobloc) –  it comprises of a cold-formed stainless steel casing, impeller, mechanical seal, pump cover, lantern and shaft, connected to the motor shaft by mechanical compression. The internal single mechanical seal is balanced and has a hygienic design. It is SiC/C/EPDM (Standard) and is only 2 Diameter (25mm – 35mm). A double mechanical seal option is also available.

The motor complies with IEC standards, it is protected with a stainless steel shroud and provided with height adjustable hygienic designed legs.

  • Parts in contact with the product: AISI 316L (1.4404)
  • Other steel parts: AISI 304 (1.4301)
  • Gaskets in contact with the product: EPDM

Mechanical seal:

  • Rotary part: Silicon carbide (SiC)
  • Stationary part: Carbon (C)
  • Gaskets: EPDM

Surface finish:

  • External: Matt
  • Internal: Bright polish Ra<0,8μm

Connections:

  • DIN 11851 (standard)
  • Aseptic flange DIN 11864
  • CLAMP
  • SMS (other connections available on request)

Options on the Pump:

  • Pump casing with drain port.
  • Pump casing with a heating chamber.
