The Inoxpa Double Seat Valve Mixproof Cavity Spray is a fully hygienic double-sealing valve designed to prevent product contamination during simultaneous processing. This valve features a dual-seat system that creates an annular chamber, isolating the two fluid bodies with double seals. It includes a leakage chamber and a leakage detector, which can be cleaned using a cavity spray system. The valve is ideal for manifold applications in the food-processing industry, particularly in beverage and dairy sectors.

When the valve is open, fluids can pass from one body to another. Once closed, the double seat forms an isolated chamber, sealing the bodies with double seals and enabling CIP operations. The leakage detection system identifies any leaks at the bottom of the valve. The leakage chamber and detection system are typically cleaned by CIP, with the CIP fluid introduced externally and directed by nozzles to clean the leakage chamber walls. The valve is designed to withstand pressures and hydraulic shocks up to 30 bar.
