The TIP 0 System permits you to connect a bin to be discharged to the machine to be filled, creating a dust-tight connection and helps you avoid material being dispersed in the production area. Once the Bin valve is docked to the system, it is connected to the machine loading pipe, by means of a mobile ring that rises and goes into direct contact with the butterfly valve sealing gasket.b The structure of the TIP 0 system supports the weight of the Bin to be discharged. It is a very versatile system which easily adapts to the customer’s requirements.
Tip 0 System ®
The operator using a forklift, pallet truck or winch positions the bin on the frame of the TIP “0” SYSTEM and by means of the control panel carries out the operations necessary to unload
Product. On this type of station load cells can be installed and on the control panel of the machine, a panel for displaying the weight discharged can be achieved. The basic elements and necessary to enable the TIP SYSTEM to ensure the containment are: Sole Valve Magnetic with the magnetic plug of silicone and the movable ring.

The working cycle implies that the operator through Trans pallet or forklift will transport the container above the TIP “0” SYSTEM, placing the bin above the TIP “0” SYSTEM.
