SIHI SuperNova Pump ZEN – Hot Water
The SIHI SuperNova Pump ZEN is a horizontal, single-stage volute casing pump designed for the efficient handling of hot water up to 230°C without the need for external cooling. Built to meet the EN 22858 standard, these pumps are ideal for replacing obsolete or unreliable units. The back pull-out design allows for the removal of the complete bearing unit towards the drive end without detaching the pump casing from the pipework, facilitating easy maintenance. The standard spacer coupling ensures that re-alignment is unnecessary during servicing.
These pumps are part of the heat transfer and circulation pump family, primarily used for circulating hot water in closed pipe and vessel systems. They are commonly applied in energy production, heat transport, and various industrial processes where hot water is preferred over oil as a heat carrier, despite the high system pressure.
