The TC Klinger Reed Chain Transmitter is designed for precise liquid level measurement. It can be used as a stand-alone device for in-tank operation or mounted externally to a magnetic level gauge.

The transmitter utilizes a series of reed switches and resistors activated by the float’s movement within the gauge chamber, generating a variable signal that is converted to a 4-20 mA output.

The system comprises three main components: a float, a magnetic sensing tube, and head-mounted electronics that can be adapted to various gauge configurations and cabling arrangements.
