The R Series Heavy Duty Scotch Yoke Actuators, including the R2, R3, R4, and R5 models, are designed to provide robust torque outputs for various applications.
The R2, R3, and R4 actuators deliver torques ranging from 1,000 to 17,000 in-lbs, while the R5 actuator offers torque outputs up to 500,000 in-lbs. These actuators combine Scotch Yoke and Rack and Pinion technologies and can be configured with high-pressure hydraulic cylinders.
They are supported by Flowserve-Automax’s extensive range of automation products, enabling a standardized solution for quarter-turn automation needs.

- Yoke pin is induction hardened and chrome plated
- Yoke pin rollers are hardened steel
- Overrides, positioners, limit switches, control valves, and conditioners are available
