Flotronic Pulsation Dampers
Flotronic Pulsation Dampers are engineered to minimise the effects of pulsation in pumping systems, effectively reducing vibration and wear in pipework and system components.
Designed with a unique self-adjusting diaphragm mechanism, these dampers eliminate the need for manual recharging, ensuring optimal performance and safety. They are versatile, supporting single, twin, or multi-ported configurations and adaptable for use at any suitable point in a pipeline.
Flotronic dampers eliminate up to 95% of pulsation, offering improved flow measurement accuracy, reduced pipework support needs, and enhanced safety through pressure surge reduction. With ATEX-compliant options and a variety of material choices, they cater to a wide range of industries, including those requiring stringent process integrity.
