Technical Data
- Casing Liner: Pure ETFE or PFA, rotationally molded and vacuum rated, with a minimum thickness of 3 mm (0.125 in).
- Flanges: Universal flanges compatible with ASME (ANSI), ISO, and JIS piping connections. Other designs available.
- Impeller and Inner Magnet Assembly: One-piece, enclosed design for maximum torque transmission and maintenance simplicity.
- Magnets: Double-sealed inner magnets in 316L stainless steel, sheathed to prevent corrosion.
- Containment Shell: One-piece composite made of aramid and carbon fiber reinforced ETFE or PFA, ensuring optimal leak protection and efficiency.
- Pump Shaft: Sintered silicon carbide, oversized to handle radial loads, with a stationary cantilevered design.
- Radial Bearing: Process lubricated, available in graphite or silicon carbide.
