Hicera pumps V series are designed for high discharge accuracy and exceptional corrosion resistance. The main components, including the plunger and cylinder, are processed with high precision, allowing for a discharge accuracy of ±0.5%. The pump head angle can be adjusted to freely modify the discharge amount.

The pumps use materials like silicon carbide (SiC), fluorocarbon polymers (PTFE), and stainless casting (SCS14) for parts that come in contact with the fluid, making them suitable for handling a wide range of chemicals. These pumps are also capable of dispensing into a vacuum condition and removing fluids from a high-pressure condition without the need for suction and discharge valves.

Additionally, they can handle slurries and highly viscous fluids up to a maximum viscosity of 20,000 mPa・s. Available with a cleaning port for specialized applications.

Technical Data

  • Dispensing Conditions: Capable of dispensing into a vacuum condition and removal from a high-pressure condition without using a solenoid.
  • Handling Capabilities: Can handle slurries with fast precipitation speed and highly viscous fluids, though discharge accuracy drops for fluids with a viscosity of 500 mPa・s or greater.

Advantages

  • High Discharge Accuracy: Achieves a discharge accuracy of ±0.5% through micron-order precision in processing main components.
  • Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Uses materials like SiC, PTFE, and SCS14 for superior resistance to corrosion.
  • Versatile Fluid Handling: Capable of handling slurries, highly viscous fluids, and dispensing in vacuum conditions.
