Flotronic 500 Series
The Flotronic 500 Series pumps offer a cost-effective solution for demanding pumping applications requiring product compatibility, such as handling solvents, dyes, acids, and other specialist chemicals.
Built with a solid plastic body and manifolds, these pumps provide enhanced safety and performance while remaining easy to maintain, thanks to Flotronic’s innovative “One-Nut” design. Available with ATEX compliance and multiple optional materials, the 500 Series ensures durability, versatility, and efficiency across various industries.
These pumps are capable of dry running, stopping/restarting against closed or open valves without damage, and reducing downtime with minimal maintenance requirements.

- Diaphragms: PTFE-faced with Nitrile or EPDM backing, or solid Nitrile/EPDM.
- Balls: PTFE, Nitrile, 316 Stainless Steel, EPDM.
- Seats: Polypropylene, PVC, Polyethylene.
- Non-Wetted Parts:
- E Version: Coated Carbon Steel.
- S Version: Stainless Steel.
