Specifications

Radially Split Casing: Consists of four separate castings: the discharge head, the suction head, the channel rings, and the stuffing box extensions. All components are positively locked using a centering fit and secured with large diameter tie rods.
Stuffing Box Extensions: Designed to withstand maximum discharge pressure and accept packed box and various mechanical seals.
Precision Cast Closed Impellers: Optimized for each hydraulic option with low NPSH first stage impellers available.
Diffusers and Channel Rings: Individually cast for ease of maintenance and future hydraulic flexibility.
Secondary O-ring Seals: Ensures positive casing seal between channel ring faces.
Stationary Wear Ring Part: Installed with a press fit in the channel ring and diffusors, secured with anti-rotation screws.
