CORA Tablet Valve

The CORA Tablet Valve offers the customers a new option as far as the handling of the finished product is concerned. The unique silicone vane allows the opening and closing of the valve without any damage to the product. The CORA Tablet Valve is easy to disassemble and clean. It is used to solve product flow, control of capsules and pills.

CO.RA. ® TABLET VALVE solves the problem of interception and monitoring of flows in a pharmaceutical plant and particularly allows handling of capsules, pills, tablets, rubber and
silicone caps, using the same principle as the highly successful SOLE VALVE. The Tablet Valve was designed and is manufactured respecting the strictest hygiene norms and
avoiding recesses and interstices of any kind, thus allowing the operator to quickly disassemble and clean the valve without the use of any tools. It’s implementation derived from careful observation by CO.RA. ® Of the operator’s requirements during the most delicate pharmaceutical processes in a sterile room, especially the cleaning phase.

The TABLET VALVE vane is coated and its outer surface is flexible. This allows opening/closing of the valve without damaging the product. The silicone is in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 Standards. Operating principle: Product is held without any damage and can continue its flow as required.

• Air commands 2 ÷ 6 bar (30 ÷ 87 psi).
