CORA Sole Valve

The CORA Sole Valve is designed to control and intercept the flow of powder, granules and paste while allowing the operator a rapid and easy disassembly.

The Sole Valve is designed and manufactured respecting the strictest hygiene norms and avoiding recesses and interstices of any kind, thus allowing the operator to quickly disassemble and clean the valve without using any tools. The vane, by means of its (alternate 90° angle) movement allows a quick interception and discharge of the product; it is designed to resolve the problem of interception and control of the flow of: powders, granules and pastes.

The SOLE VALVE can be used in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food, Cosmetics and Homeopathic industries.

CORA Sole Valve Types :

The SOLE VALVE is used to discharge, containers, process machines or to carry out any transfer from machine A to machine B. Depending on the type of half body, the valve can be assembled to a machine/bin/pipeline, by welding it, fastening it with a screw, clamp band or TC connection.

Technical Feature CORA  Sole Valve :

• AISI 316L (DIN 1.4404) satin finished body (mirror polished upon request) and AISI 316L (DIN 1.4404) polished butterfly
•  No O-ring (OR) type seal on the shaft
• Easy to disassemble, inspect and clean, essentially the “quick release” series with “CLAMP”
• Very lightweight and compact
• Gaskets: Platinum cured silicone gasket, Black silicon, VITON, EPDM, PTFE core with white or black silicone, gasket with inox mesh
• Gaskets for ATEX version: PTFE core with black silicon and VITON
• Manufactured according to G.M.P.
•  Can handle pressure and vacuum ( in closed position)
