    ARV2 and ARL check valves are fully lined with fluoropolymer resin, ensuring that no wetted metal parts are used. These valves are immune to most aggressive chemicals and can be used in place of expensive exotic alloys such as titanium and Hastelloy. The Flowserve Atomac check valve can be installed either vertically or horizontally, depending on the application.

    • Full Port Design: Offers excellent flow characteristics to minimize pressure loss.
    • Low Opening Pressure: Minimum opening pressure required to unseat the ball in the vertical position is 0.07 bar (1 psi).

    • Solid PTFE Ball: The ball has the same properties as the FEP or PFA lining material.
    • Safety Glass: Borosilicate glass, in accordance with DIN 7080, is utilized to withstand temperatures, mechanical stress, and corrosion.
