The PL Type Glass Lined Reactor from 3V Tech is engineered for optimal performance in highly corrosive and demanding chemical environments. Designed for aggressive acid conditions, this reactor offers superior heat transfer, robust corrosion resistance, and contamination-free processing, making it a core solution for industries requiring reliable mixing and heating in reaction processes.

 

Manufactured in compliance with ASME Section VIII, Div. 1, and U-stamped for pressure vessel certification, the PL series reactors are available in sizes from 300 to 9,000 gallons working capacity. Each unit integrates advanced agitation technology, including a press-lock removable blade agitator system and optional multi-stage mixing designs, ensuring reproducible performance and long service life.
