The BT Type Glass Lined Reactor from 3V Tech is purpose-built for small to medium batch processing under aggressive chemical conditions. Engineered to deliver exceptional corrosion resistance and thermal performance, this compact reactor is ideal for laboratories, pilot plants, and production facilities requiring high precision and reliability in highly acidic or caustic environments.

Certified to ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 with LI-stamping, the BT series is available in capacities from 10 to 500 gallons. Each unit incorporates a robust agitation system with standard three-blade retreat curve impellers and the option for custom multi-stage mixing. The BT reactor features versatile nozzle configurations, compact structural design, and the option for in-place mechanical seal changes, making it a flexible and space-saving solution for demanding chemical applications.
