pH Probes

The Glasteel® pH probe was developed for use in the severe, highly corrosive operating environments of agitated glassed steel chemical process reactors. The probe is placed inside the reactor and withstands the rigors of high heat, pressure and dynamic agitation to provide continuous pH measurement. No protective cage is needed or used. The pH probe is ideally suited to situations where slurries are encountered, providing years of service with minimum maintenance.

The type 18 & 40 probes are rugged, single point calibration, long-lasting devices designed for in process operation, including applications that are dirty / high fouling streams and high maintenance operations.

Type 18 & 40 Differential pH Electrode
Rugged, long-lasting electrodes that feature Glasteel™ construction and single point calibration for the most demanding applications.

The Differential pH electrode changes the nature of pH measurement by eliminating the need for an external electrolyte reservoir, wet storage and can be mounted in any orientation.

The Differential pH system consists of the electrode, the cable and the analyzer. The probes are compatible with most major brands of analyzers and transmitters. M4 Instruments can assist you in designing a complete pH control system.
Type 03 & 04 and Ring Absolute pH Electrode
A versatile series of Glasteel™ electrodes available in a variety of configurations capable of handling pH ranges from 0-14 pH.

The type 03 & 04 are available in ring or flange mounted designs with a pressurized flowing reference electrode. A measuring electrode of pH-sensitive enamel, together with a reference electrode, make up these pH measuring probes.

This electrode offers stable inline classical pH measurement with pressurized flowing reference. The positive pressure on the reference electrode prevents back diffusion, reference junction contamination and clogging. The electrode can be stored dry without affecting its performance.

Reiner pH Electrode
A small, robust Glasteel™ electrode that is designed to deliver pH, ORP and pH compensated ORP signals that features no drift, low maintenance and single point calibration.

This small and rugged electrode is classified as aspect and is designed to measure pH, ORP, and pH compensated ORP. It fused hydrogen ion sensitive enamel eliminates the need for any internal solutions in the measuring element. The resulting one-side contact with process soluition prevents classic heat aging from solutions up to 140C

The pressurized reference eliminates errors / drifting caused by junction potential diffusion or poisoning. The results are stable values leading to more effective and accurate process control.
